Hailing from Newmarket, Ontario, Denver began his major junior career after being selected 16th overall by the London Knights in the 2021 OHL Priority Selection Draft.
During the 2022–23 season, he showcased his offensive ability and playmaking instincts, recording 22 goals and 37 assists for 59 points in 61 games with the Knights. His performance earned him international experience with Hockey Canada at the Hlinka Gretzky Cup, as well as a spot on Team Red at the CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game.
Denver’s development continued to trend upward when the Philadelphia Flyers selected him in the third round (95th overall) of the 2023 NHL Draft.
He reached another milestone on December 20, 2025, making his NHL debut against the New York Rangers and registering two assists in his first game.
